Occupational therapy

During occupational therapy sessions, kids engage in activities that improve fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care tasks, and play skills. These activities are designed to help children build independence and confidence in their daily routines.

speech therapy

In speech therapy sessions, kids work on improving communication skills such as speech clarity, language development, social interactions, and comprehension. These activities help children express themselves effectively and build confidence in their ability to communicate.

FEEDING THERAPY

In feeding therapy sessions, kids focus on developing skills for safe and healthy eating, including improving oral motor coordination, sensory processing, and food acceptance. These activities help children overcome challenges with eating and mealtime behaviors, promoting independence and a positive relationship with food.

Our Philosophy

At District Therapy, we believe that therapy should be both enjoyable and effective. Our approach to occupational and speech therapy is centered around creating a fun, engaging environment where children feel motivated and excited to participate. We understand that for children, learning is most effective when they’re having fun, so we design each session to be playful and interactive. However, every activity is carefully structured to meet individual goals, ensuring that children make meaningful progress. By combining fun with purpose, we help children reach their full potential while providing parents with clear, measurable improvements they can see and celebrate.
